Thetford Enterprise Park (TEP) is an exciting new 44 acre business park to the north of Thetford with immediate access to the A11 trunk road and close proximity to other industrial estates in the town. The site will provide high quality infrastructure and opportunities for large or small developments. There are also plans to have a hotel on the site.
TEP represents the single largest area of new business land to be created in Thetford for the last 40-50 years and is generating significant interest amongst the local business community, and wider. Outline planning permission is in place for the site which will accomodate around 600,000 sqft of commercial premises and employ some 600-700 people.
With plans for circuit expansion and a new commercial park at
Snetterton (12 miles away) and the state of the art Engineering Centre at
Hethel (24 miles away), the A11 corridor in Norfolk is fast becoming one of the hottest investment areas for ambitious engineering and motorsport companies in the UK.
TEP is a joint venture between Breckland Council and The Crown Estate. EEDA are also a major investor in the project.
Infrastructure work on TEP is likely to begin in mid-2008, however serious enquiries are welcome now. Please contact
